About Me

Rebecca: After being diagnosed with Celiac Disease I learned to cook. Now I LOVE to cook. So I spend my free time experimenting in the kitchen to create the most delicious and nutritious foods with the purest ingredients. I grew up in LA county California in the city of Duarte “City of Health.” As the 4th child in a family of 12 children I thrived in an environment that included rigorous physical activities and nutritious foods. I lived and continue to live a healthy and active lifestyle. As I grew into adulthood my health no longer came easy for me. Living with Celiac disease and overcoming many health issues has taught me the healing powers of whole foods, physical activity, and mediation and has motivated me to learn to cook for any food allergy, intolerance, or illness. I continue to work hard for my health and I continue to see loved ones suffer through illness and disease. As a result, I continue to strive for a greater quality of life as well as helping others do the same. I do not know how long my life will be but I know I want to feel great while I am here!
